Job Description

Beast Mode Truckin is recruiting Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Eastern regional account that offers predictable schedules, competitive weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is suited to dependable, safety‑focused drivers who seek steady home time and consistent earnings.

Role overview

• Operating lanes: MA, CT, NY (Albany and Syracuse), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, KY.
• Freight: primarily refrigerated loads with occasional dry van freight.
• Dedicated account: drivers are assigned trucks for this account.
• Home time: most drivers return weekly; guaranteed at minimum every other weekend.

Compensation and benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,600 (paid weekly).
• Per‑mile pay: $0.655–$0.70, based on verified experience.
• Additional $75 for Hazmat loads.
• Monthly performance bonus.
• Full benefits package including medical, HSA, dental, life insurance, AD&D, paid time off, 401(k), and additional voluntary benefits.

Minimum qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Hazmat endorsement required; must obtain within 90 days if not already held.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the last five years.
• No major moving violations (for example: 15+ mph over the limit, reckless driving, or following too closely) in the last 12 months.
• Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test; drivers requiring SAP certification are not eligible.
• Valid DOT medical card with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation.
• Drivers terminated from their last two driving positions (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Residence requirement

• Must reside within 50 miles of Front Royal, VA; 25 miles of Jessup, MD; or 30 miles of Harmony, PA.
