Job Description

A Data Transfer Agent job in Cincinnati, OH is currently available through Belcan at one of our aerospace clients. To be considered for this role, you will need to have relevant experience in the Information Security or Information Assurance realms of Information Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for data transfers across various environments at different security levels. This is a very visible position that will work directly with the clients at multiples levels of the business. Job Duties:

• Perform secure data transfers across various environments and schedule and track related activity.
• Review automated security tools for security infractions, compliance, and general information security.
• Assist in the generation of procedure and guidance documents
• Assist in user account control processes
• Inspection preparation and support
• Work with DOD security requirements to ensure JSIG and RMF regulations are implemented properly within a full stack environment.
• Partner with other technical teams to creatively implement / improve technologies and processes and arrive at repeatable, deployable, and supportable solutions utilizing Lean and Agile principles.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant Information Security / Information Assurance experience, or similar military experience
• Background with military environments or experience with JSIG, RMF, STIG or DOD 8500.2 requirements
• Must have a current 8570 certification commensurate with an IAM I (ISC2-CAP; SANS-GSLC; or CompTIA Security+) or be willing to obtain one.
• Must have a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years.
• Must be a US citizen
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, documentation, communication skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity to working knowledge of Splunk, Nessus, SEPM, etc.
• Security+, Linux+, CCNA, Windows, or other related IT certification

Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $70,000-$80,000, however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
