Duties and Responsibilities: · Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests and observations to identify and assess speech and language difficulties. · Intervention Planning: Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with specific goals, therapy strategies, and measurable outcomes tailored to each student. · Therapy Delivery: Provide individual or group therapy using techniques like articulation drills, language stimulation, and play-based interventions. · Collaboration & Consultation: Work with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student communication needs and overall development. · Documentation & Reporting: Maintain progress records, write reports for IEP meetings, and communicate findings.
