Bay Ridge Auto Group is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values structure, and understands the importance of being the first point of contact for our customers.

This position requires schedule flexibility , including evening shifts and Saturdays .

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Professional phone presence and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks at once.
• Comfortable using computers and basic office systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression.
• Answer and route incoming calls accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Log customer traffic and assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Support managers and departments as needed.
• Ensure smooth communication throughout the dealership.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Must be available for evening shifts.
• Schedule flexibility is required to meet dealership needs.
