What You'll Do:  

• Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents in a home care setting
• Complete appropriate and accurate documentation of care to support continuity of care 
• Respond professionally and compassionately to patient needs
• Build meaningful connections with residents while supporting their care and quality of life

What You'll Need:  

• Age 21 years of age or older
• Current and active New Jersey RN license (required) 
• Fully vaccinated for flu (required)
• At least two years of home care experience (required) 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
