Job Description:
Contentizer is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Dispatch Assistant – Entry Level to support daily dispatch and logistics coordination at our Miami, FL location. This entry-level role plays an important part in helping organize delivery schedules, monitor shipment progress, and maintain clear communication with drivers and operations staff to support efficient and timely deliveries. No prior dispatch experience is required, and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with coordinating daily dispatch schedules and delivery routes.
* Track deliveries and shipment status to help ensure timely completion.
* Communicate with drivers regarding route updates, delivery instructions, and schedule changes.
* Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery logs, and operational documentation.
* Support logistics scheduling and route coordination.
* Assist with monitoring driver assignments and delivery progress.
* Report delays, delivery issues, or route changes to the appropriate logistics team member.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Previous logistics, dispatch, warehouse, transportation, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Basic computer, email, and data entry skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
