Andante Vineyard is located in Dallas, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley, within the Van Duzer Corridor AVA. We are seeking an individual that has a passion for hospitality and shares in our core values and love of all things wine. The Tasting Room Server position provides guests with an enjoyable experience and effectively maintains high standards in all areas, including but not limited to: customer service, experiences, and visual presentation of the tasting room and ancillary areas consistent with the brand image. Must be a team player that helps to create and maintain a healthy work environment, and respectfully interacts with co-workers, customers, vendors, and management.

SCHEDULE:
Friday-Sunday
Seasonal Part-time
(Approx. June-October)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Confidently guide guests through tastings and facilitate sales and wine club registrations, with an emphasis on hospitality.
- Enter and adjust reservations via Tock as needed or directed.
- Answer the tasting room telephone as needed or directed.
- Ensure all guest spaces are of the highest cleanliness standards.
- Work private events and offsite events as needed.
- Respond courteously and helpfully to customer concerns/complaints and alert the manager on duty.
- Contribute to a healthy work morale.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using reservation and POS systems, including but not limited to, Tock and Commerce 7.
- Must be 21 years of age or older; have and maintain an OLCC server permit and an OR Food Handlers Card.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to routinely lift and move 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
