Elwood Staffing is hiring Summer Manufacturing Associates to work onsite at Cummins for a 10-week program designed to give you real manufacturing experience. Whether you're a student, recent graduate, or simply looking to build skills over the summer, this is a great way to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Summer Hire-Cummins Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.25 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Friday )

• Support engine assembly and production operations
• Assist with parts handling and inspection
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Work as part of a team to complete daily production builds
• Stay until the end of build each day
• Gain hands-on experience with a globally recognized manufacturer
• Flexible start dates and times
• Optional weekend work for additional earning potential
• Build skills that strengthen your resume

Summer Hire-Cummins Qualifications:

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to stand, move, and lift during shift
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• No experience or diploma/GED required!
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime
• 10 Week Program

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
