Synex Talent is on the lookout for a Solutions Architect to join our innovative Engineering/Technology team in Northborough. This full-time, remote position presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of staffing and recruiting solutions through the design of robust and scalable architectures.

In the role of Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial part in understanding client requirements and translating them into functional specifications. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement solutions that enhance our service offerings and improve operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving our technology strategy and ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
  • Develop architecture documentation and design specifications
  • Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies
  • Provide guidance on best practices and technology standards
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in solutions architecture
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C#, Python)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
