Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $30 - $30 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Solar PV Installer:
Work in a team environment with job foreman and installers to complete residential and commercial PV systems.
Layout various types of rooftops for PV racking installation.
Mechanical install of attachments and racking systems.
Microinverter, optimizers, and rooftop power electronics installations.
Install PV panels mechanically and electrically.
Rooftop conduits, conductors, and junction box installations.
Hauling material to and from job sites, company base yard, and local distributors.
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Must have a valid Hawaii driver license and reliable transportation.
Technology savvy is a plus for commissioning and troubleshooting systems.
Well-mannered with good communicatioin skills. Customer service oriented.
Willingness to learn.
Safety conscious and able to work on rooftops or at heights.
Drug free workplace.
OSHA 10 or Fall Safety is a plus but not required.
Handy with power tools, having your own tools is a plus.
Mechanically minded, great critical thinker, able to deal with adversity
