We are seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Manager** to take ownership of our organic digital marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone who already has a proven, repeatable methodology for growing brands organically. This is **not a position for someone learning digital marketing on the job**.

The successful candidate must be able to diagnose problems, develop solutions, execute strategies, analyze results, and continuously improve performance.

The primary platforms are:

* YouTube
* Instagram
* Facebook
* TikTok
* Pinterest
* LinkedIn

Additional platforms may be added as the company expands.

* Develop and execute the overall organic marketing strategy.
* Grow qualified audiences, engagement, reach, and website traffic.
* Increase book sales through organic marketing.
* Develop platform-specific strategies and content calendars.
* Coordinate content production.
* Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, keywords, hashtags, SEO, and metadata.
* Conduct audience and competitor research.
* Monitor trends and algorithm changes.
* Analyze analytics and performance metrics.
* Conduct A/B testing.
* Identify problems and implement corrective actions quickly.
* Continuously test, refine, and optimize strategies.

**This is a strategic role—not simply a content-posting position.**

* Proven experience successfully growing brands organically.
* Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and audience development.
* Strong knowledge of organic marketing on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
* Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
* Reliable, self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.

**We prefer a Muslim woman (Muslima) for this position.**

Applicants must be prepared to provide:

* Brands or channels previously managed.
* Before-and-after growth metrics.
* Analytics demonstrating measurable results.
* Specific responsibilities performed.
* The strategies used to achieve those results.

Applicants should be prepared to discuss previous campaigns in detail during the interview.

Performance will be evaluated using measurable KPIs established at the beginning of the engagement. Depending on the platform and current business objectives, KPIs may include:

* Subscriber/follower growth
* Organic reach
* Watch hours
* Engagement
* Website traffic
* Email subscribers
* Book sales
* Other mutually agreed metrics

Goals should be ambitious, measurable, and realistic.

The successful candidate must:

* Communicate professionally and respond promptly.
* Participate in scheduled strategy meetings.
* Provide regular progress reports.
* Proactively communicate problems and proposed solutions.

**Monthly Fixed Payment: $120**

**PLUS royalty compensation:** Up to **$450 per month** based on qualifying book sales. Specific royalty terms will be discussed during the interview.

The compensation structure is designed to reward successful performance and align our interests as the company grows.

A **live video interview is required**. Applicants unable or unwilling to participate in a video interview will not be considered.
