Job Description

Salary: $136,850 - 185,150 per year Requirements:

  • We require a bachelors degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or an equivalent non-U.S. qualification directly aligned to the role.
  • We need systems engineering experience, including systems integration.
  • We require experience in one or more of the following areas: hardware/software integration, file servers, computational systems, networking systems, visual systems, operating systems such as Windows or Linux, and scripting.
  • We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, with U.S. citizenship needed; a clearance active within the past 24 months is also acceptable.
  • We require compliance with U.S. export control rules and a U.S. Person status.
  • We require successful completion of our conflict of interest process.
  • We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • We will have you lead the obsolescence management process for our F-15 USAF Training Systems program.
  • We will rely on you to provide technical direction to technicians and engineers when troubleshooting complex issues.
  • You will coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines, including software, hardware, mission assurance, and related functions.
  • You will oversee the asset manager responsible for maintaining the program asset database and ensuring compliant system configurations and inventory stock.
  • You will write CDRLs related to obsolescence management to support prime contract requirements.
  • You will manage technical manuals for fielded training devices and keep them aligned to the correct configuration level.
  • You will coordinate updates to technical operations manuals to meet prime contract delivery needs.
  • You will assist with troubleshooting training devices.
  • You will support formal test and installation events as needed.
  • You will work directly with program engineering to resolve cross-functional technical issues.
  • You will support buildup, integration, and test activities for training devices before final delivery at the customer site.

In this role, you will serve as a Senior Systems Integration Engineer supporting the F-15 USAF Training Systems CLS Team in Berkeley, Missouri, with additional work locations available in Hazelwood, Missouri. Our training systems support USAF facilities across the United States and at overseas locations, providing high-fidelity cockpits, immersive visualization, synthetic adversaries, and instructor applications for setup, execution, and debrief.
