Job Description

Salary: $135,200 - 145,600 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience in launching AI chatbot or agent solutions to production
• Strong background in product management within Agile or SAFe frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Connect, Lambda, and ECS (preferred)
• Previous roles in Agile development teams
• Business acumen with a solid grasp of product and customer processes
• Excellent communication skills to consult and convey key messages at various organizational levels
• Collaborative mindset with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and within fast-paced engineering teams
• Experience in market introduction of new products
• Relevant educational background, preferably a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• AWS-related and Scrum certifications are preferred

• Drive engineering teams to implement the strategy and roadmap for the AI agent chatbot, from development to deployment
• Collaborate with various business units, IT, Risk Management, and Operations to formulate and carry out product strategy
• Work alongside Lines of Business, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and Architecture to ensure effective service delivery
• Maintain transparency with stakeholders regarding development status and production metrics
• Make informed decisions to address regulatory compliance, revenue growth, process enhancement, and data analytics
• Participate in all stages of development, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and rollout
• Address challenges with engineering teams and subject matter experts to achieve customer-focused results
• Coordinate with research teams for usability testing and validation of chatbot functionalities
• Liaise with third-party AI vendors to oversee releases, fix issues, and guarantee smooth operational flow
• Keep product documentation, training resources, and knowledge bases up to date for the chatbot
• Foster an Agile environment, ensuring a robust backlog and participating in team ceremonies
• Advocate for chatbot features and roadmap to internal stakeholders
