Salary: $140,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:
- We require 8+ years of experience supporting data analytics, reporting, statistical programming, or enterprise data operations in a complex organization.
- A bachelors degree in data science, statistics, computer science, healthcare informatics, mathematics, public health, or a related discipline is required.
- We require experience with SQL, Python, ETL processes, databases, and analytics/reporting environments.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, data visualizations, or business intelligence solutions is required.
- Experience supporting cloud-based analytics, data warehouse, or data lake environments is required.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, large language models (LLMs), or AI-enabled analytics workflows is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, are required.
- Experience with data quality management and validation is required.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings to executive and non-technical stakeholders, are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
- We require the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- The ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
- A masters degree in a related field is desired.
- 12+ years of similar experience is desired.
- Experience supporting VA, VHA, federal healthcare, research, or enterprise analytics environments is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is preferred.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled analytics, retrieval workflows, or data-driven reporting solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with REDCap, healthcare data systems, or research data environments is preferred.
- Experience supporting operational analytics, portfolio analysis, or reporting modernization initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments supporting multiple concurrent priorities is preferred.
- We expect a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and mature judgment when handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities: - We support data analysis, reporting, statistical programming, and analytics for strategic AI initiatives, research operations, and enterprise modernization efforts.
- We work closely with technical teams, project managers, operational leaders, and stakeholders to support data integration, reporting automation, AI pilot activities, and analytics-driven process improvements.
- We develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, and operational analytics to inform leadership decisions.
- We perform data extraction, transformation, analysis, validation, and reporting across multiple enterprise data sources.
- We support the design and optimization of ETL workflows, reporting processes, and analytics activities.
- We conduct statistical programming, data analysis, and operational reporting in support of research and organizational priorities.
- We support AI-enabled analytics initiatives, including work involving large language models (LLMs), retrieval workflows, and operational data analysis.
- We help develop scalable analytics workflows and rapid testing methods to improve efficiency and reporting responsiveness.
- We support integration and analysis of data from research systems, operational platforms, databases, and cloud-based environments.
- We collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to advance AI pilots, analytics initiatives, and reporting priorities.
- We support data quality management, validation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- We prepare summaries, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level reporting materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
