Job Description We are seeking an experienced RV Technician for immediate hire. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who is quality-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning advanced RV repair techniques. Income Expected: $100,000 / year + Benefits

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical repairs on RVs, trailers, and campers
• Diagnose and repair systems efficiently and accurately
• Complete detailed documentation for warranty and service records
• Work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Technician experience preferred; comparable experience will be considered
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Willingness to obtain advanced certifications (company-paid)
• Specialties needed in: Appliance Repair * HVAC/ Roof mounted A/C Systems * Electrician/Electrical Systems * Plumbing/Water Heating Systems * Propane Systems * Interior Carpentry/Countertops * Slide Out Systems * Generators * Satellite Systems
• EXPERIENCE sought in any or all of the following areas: Recreational Vehicle, Trailer/Camper and similar areas.
