Position Overview

Registered Nurses provide direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health conditions and identify care needs.

• Monitor patient progress and document medical records accurately.
• Educating patients and families on treatment plans and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or ability to obtain one.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RN/ BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in acute care, outpatient, or specialty settings.
• BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on role).
