An RN in this role will: Manage Epic nurse in-boxes and work queues Triage and respond to patient phone calls and MyChart messages Process medication refill requests and route for provider signature as needed Manage and coordinate lab orders, imaging orders, and results Support high acuity neurology patients, including infusion related coordination (e.g., Leqembi) Transcribe and document voicemail messages into Epic Process inbound clinical faxes requiring provider review or signature Abstract and enter labs (e.g., Invitae / GeneDx genetic testing) Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Support patient safety and continuity of care across assigned providers Perform other duties as within the scope of a Registered Nurse Role: RN Start Date: ASAP Shift: 5 x 8 Days Years of Experience REQ: 6 mo First-Timers Accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: No Is on-call REQ?
