Are you a detail-oriented Bookkeeper looking for your next project? Our valued client is in need of an organized professional to streamline theirdaily financial operations using QuickBooks. salary: $27 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Perform regular post office runs, deposit checks, and update accounts receivable records
- AP and AR: Post expenses, contact customers regarding outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Inventory Support: Post packing slips and assist with parts inventory documentation
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (desktop version) is highly desirable
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities for customer follow-ups
