Salario: $18/hr. +$3.00 de premium
Responsabilidades del trabajo del empleado:
· Ayudar a los operadores con los cambios necesarios
· Capazidad de mover continuamente 40 libras en un entorno de ritmo rápido
· Mantener un enfoque constante en la calidad del producto
· Clasificación, carga, pesaje y envasado del producto
· Debe ser capaz de trabajar en un entorno de control de congelador de 38 grados.
· Inspeccione el producto en busca de anomalías
· Cumplir con todos los procedimientos operativos estándar y establecidos.
· Cumplimiento total de todas las prácticas y procedimientos de seguridad
· Configuración y etiquetado de barriles de retrabajo
· Limpieza de línea y final del día
Calificaciones:
· Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos
· Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de ritmo rápido
· Procesar una buena comprensión de la salud y la seguridad y las normas básicas de higiene.
· La capacidad de mantenerse concentrado para tareas repetitivas
· Estar de pie durante 8+ horas al día
· Precisión y atención al detalle
· Buenas habilidades de trabajo en equipo y la capacidad de trabajar solo
