About the Production Technician Associate job

Pay, benefits and more:

• Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm, occasional Fridays

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Identify and perform repetitive assembly of various trailer component parts using blueprints or work instructions
• Use various measuring and inspection instruments, power tools, and hand tools in a safe manner
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality standards
• Organize parts and equipment to maximize efficiency within the department
• Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate in a respectful and collaborative manner
• Follow directions and be adaptable to changing conditions and expectations
• Collaborate and support other members of the company
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
• Demonstrate the company’s core values and comply with all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Production Technician Associates are required to:

• Follow safety rules and work in a safe manner
• Perform work in a manufacturing environment and work outside, if necessary
• Perform fine manipulations of parts with fingers
• Safely walk, reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel in strained and awkward positions for prolonged periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Use both close vision and depth perception
