Job Description

Salary: $95,840 - 110,160 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 9-14 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in collaboration and productivity tools, including document management, spreadsheets, project management, diagramming, and presentation software.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Preferred certification as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
• Solid knowledge of application development, database concepts, system design, and web-based and client/server architectures.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools is advantageous.
• Ability to successfully pass a background investigation as required.

• Oversee projects as a liaison among business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Information Technology teams, ensuring effective communication and the delivery of quality technology solutions.
• Enhance and maintain legacy applications by analyzing roadmaps and utilizing user stories to support core business functions.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, involving database and data structure analysis and identifying potential risks and assumptions related to solution implementation.
• Collaborate with system architects and developers to develop and manage precise technical documentation.
• Establish and execute delivery strategies for business initiatives, incorporating process modifications, technological updates, and customer impact evaluations.
• Utilize established software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and uphold process standards.
