Job Description

Salary: $92,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as business, computer science, or humanities.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience with Agile teams.
• At least 7 years of experience in business, technology, or consulting.
• Proficient in conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of influencing a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to make prompt and challenging decisions daily.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a history of leading teams to actionable solutions.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant products and portfolio is advantageous.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on experimentation under uncertainty.

• Represent the voice of the customer and the organization to deliver business value.
• Collaborate on creating and aligning product vision with stakeholders strategic priorities.
• Take ownership of the product backlog and ensure its contents and prioritization are clear and actionable.
• Actively participate in squad/team planning and priority setting.
• Set stakeholder expectations for new capabilities, features, and functionalities.
• Work closely with the Agile team to clarify requirements and eliminate roadblocks.
• Collaborate with IT and business leadership to align development goals and remove obstacles.
• Monitor product health to support long-term viability and efficiency.
• Analyze feasibility and impacts of potential changes to the product.
• Understand regulatory and compliance constraints and prioritize accordingly.
• Contribute to building the squad/team product roadmap and influence delivery expectations.
• Communicate anticipated value changes in iterations based on team capacity.
• Facilitate customer-driven design and usability testing for the squad/team.
