Job Description

Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our outpatient psychiatry team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role is ideal for providers who enjoy acute psychiatric care within a structured outpatient setting and value a balanced schedule that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient

Compensation: $125,000+ annually (Based on Experience) + Bonus Structure

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments .
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans .
  • Provide medication management and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience .
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee .
  • Tennessee DEA (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered psychiatric care .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based clinical environment .
