We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting. The facility serves a diverse patient population, providing an excellent environment to strengthen clinical skills and support patient recovery and independence.

• Provide direct physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and independence
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Passion for rehabilitation and helping patients regain independence
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced skilled nursing facility environment
• Willingness to work flexible rotating schedules (Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday)

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
