WWT is seeking an experienced Physical Security Operations Leader to drive technical execution across enterprise physical security projects. This senior individual contributor will partner closely with the PMO to ensure high-quality project delivery from design through implementation and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical leadership with operational coordination, supporting engineers, field teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead across physical security projects from design through deployment and project closeout.
• Lead site surveys, system design, and technical documentation.
• Oversee installation, integration, and field execution while providing real-time technical guidance.
• Partner with the PMO on scheduling, risk management, and delivery milestones.
• Act as the technical escalation lead during critical implementation events.
• Ensure quality standards and successful client outcomes across all deployments.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote technical consistency and delivery excellence.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience designing, integrating, and implementing physical security systems.
• Proven leadership experience supporting enterprise or multi-site deployments.
• Experience working with PMO teams, field engineers, and supply chain organizations.
• Strong background providing technical oversight and escalation support.

Required Technical Skills

• Access Control Platforms: Lenel, Genetec, C-CURE, AMAG, Honeywell, or similar.
• Video Management Systems: Milestone, Avigilon, Genetec, Axis.
• Intrusion Detection platforms and integrations.
• Networking fundamentals including IP, VLANs, and PoE.
• Experience with system installation, configuration, integration, and deployment.

Required Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Calm and effective under high-pressure situations.
• Collaborative approach when working with PMO and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PSP, NICET, PMP, or CAPM.
• Experience with enterprise system integrators or managed services providers.
• Experience supporting regulated environments, including government or compliance-driven industries.

Working Conditions

• Standard business hours with occasional after-hours support for critical escalations.
