Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Painter to support facility maintenance operations at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut. In this skilled trades role, you will repair drywall, prepare surfaces, sand, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, and other campus areas to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. This position requires hands-on experience with mudding, taping, sanding, rolling, and finishing work, along with the ability to move equipment throughout campus buildings and work on multiple floors. You will interact regularly with students, faculty, staff, and visitors while completing assigned projects across the university. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter, maintenance technician, or facilities professional looking for steady work in a university setting.
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
