Salary: $75,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or a related discipline.
• We prefer coursework in thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, and introductory electrical engineering.

We are Johnson Controls, and our Engineering Training Program is a 14–18 month launchpad for early-career engineers on our Controls Hardware team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Through rotations across 3–4 teams and locations including Reynosa, Mexico, Chicago, Illinois, and Baltimore, Maryland, we give participants hands-on exposure to meaningful work, one-on-one mentorship, and a people-first culture where every voice matters.
