Job Description

Responsibilities
1.Plan and deliver age‑appropriate English lessons with games, songs and interactive activities.
2.Build a positive, supportive classroom environment for children’s learning and growth.
3.Assess students’ language progress and provide feedback to parents and colleagues.
4.Encourage daily English use through conversations, storytelling and vocabulary practice.
5.Introduce diverse cultures and traditions via themed activities and events.
6.Collaborate with Chinese teachers and staff for consistent, high-quality learning.
7.Maintain effective classroom management with teaching assistants and nannies to ensure a safe, respectful environment.
8.Communicate regularly with parents on children’s progress and home learning support.
9.Attend professional training to improve teaching skills and keep up with early childhood education trends.

Requirements
1.Native English speaker.
2.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
3.Valid teaching certification (e.g., TESOL/TEFL).
4.Previous experience teaching young children, especially in early childhood education (highly desirable).
5.Creative, enthusiastic, able to design engaging lessons for young learners.
6.Patient, flexible and adaptable to meet children’s diverse needs.
