Mobile Crisis Team Lead to lead, mentor, and support clinicians in delivering compassionate crisis care in the Charlottesville, VA area. This isn’t just a job — you will be influencing change and shaping futures as a leader in our shared mission of providing empathetic and caring crisis support.
As the Licensed / License-Eligible REACH Mobile Crisis Team Lead, you will provide clinical oversight and coordination services for the REACH Mobile Crisis Team. The Mobile Crisis Coordinators that you will lead, provide rapid response to individuals with I/DD experiencing a behavioral health crisis, which can occur in their homes or community settings. Primary duties include administrative and clinical supervision of REACH Mobile Crisis Team, coordination of admissions/discharges, dispatching staff, and reviewing staff service documentation. This role is responsible for shared supervisor rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line which includes providing guidance and support to the team while they are on call.
