Your Role in Our Mission

As the Licensed / License-Eligible REACH Mobile Crisis Team Lead, you will provide clinical oversight and coordination services for the REACH Mobile Crisis Team. The Mobile Crisis Coordinators that you will lead, provide rapid response to individuals with I/DD experiencing a behavioral health crisis, which can occur in their homes or community settings. Primary duties include administrative and clinical supervision of REACH Mobile Crisis Team, coordination of admissions/discharges, dispatching staff, and reviewing staff service documentation. This role is responsible for shared supervisor rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line which includes providing guidance and support to the team while they are on call.

Schedule Option

• 12 hour shifts and (1) 4 hour shift: Wednesday-Saturday & supervisor on-call rotation

We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $60,000 to $65,000 annually, plus stipends for supervisor on-call rotation
• Sign-on and retention bonus for licensed / license-eligible new hires is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and your 1 year anniversary!

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Minimum of a bachelor is a human service field and QMHP
• Master’s in health, psychology or social work highly preferred
• Licensed or Licensed-Eligible as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT highly preferred
• Skills: Leadership, crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making.
• 3 years of experience with mental health populations and I/DD preferred
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health/developmental disabilities setting
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy.
