KBR is seeking motivated and high-performing college students to join our Finance & Accounting team for a Summer 2026 Internship. This opportunity is designed for rising juniors and seniors interested in pursuing a career in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or Project Controls. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting high-impact business initiatives, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop foundational skills critical to long-term success in finance. This program offers meaningful exposure, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to real business outcomes while building a strong foundation for your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis, accounting, or project control tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes, tools, or areas of assignment.
  • Identify, analyze, and document opportunities for change and improvement, using data to support findings and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Apply analytical thinking and effective communication to document work performed and propose next steps.
  • Present findings and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and business leaders through written reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear written reports and group presentations.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
