Medical Science Liaison, US Thoracic Oncology
Field-Based, Central Region U.S. / Full Time / Exempt / Permanent At Novocure, we are patient-forward, aspiring to make a difference in cancer. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the scientific interface between Novocure and the healthcare professional community, communicating scientific data, clinical insights, and development plans
- Provide field-based medical education and scientific support on Novocure's FDA-approved and pipeline products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and healthcare providers
- Support Clinical Operations in the execution of Novocure-sponsored research as needed
- Engage with investigators to support and develop investigator-initiated research related to TTFields, inovitro™, and investigational products
- Ensure all scientific exchange and communications are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations
- Attend and support scientific congresses, medical meetings, and regional/national conferences
- Gather and communicate field insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and enhance medical and commercial initiatives
- Serve as a scientific resource for internal teams, including training and education support
- Maintain deep clinical, scientific, and technical expertise through continuous learning and literature review
ABOUT YOU
- Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD, NP) preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a comparable role
- At least 2 years of combined oncology and/or industry experience
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and articulate scientific data and clinical concepts
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
These additional qualifications are preferred:
- Experience supporting thoracic oncology or solid tumor therapeutic areas
- Experience working with clinical research and investigator-initiated studies
WHAT WE OFFER
The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $140,000- $233,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.

We offer a flexible, trust-based hybrid working model for most of our office-based roles. Employees are asked to be in the office three days per week.
