We’re working with a thriving veterinary practice in Iselin, New Jersey , that is seeking a Medical Director to lead its medical team and provide exceptional patient care. The Medical Director will oversee medical quality and patient care for all doctors, contribute to the hospital’s strategic direction, and support overall operational success. This leadership role dedicates approximately 30% of time to management and 70% to clinical duties as a staff veterinarian.

Competitive salary: $160K–$180K annually (negotiable based on experience and credentials)
