Meat Cutters are responsible for cutting, boning, trimming,
grinding, traying, wrapping and merchandising fresh beef, pork and poultry
products while you assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, you assist in tracking sales, building displays and stocking and maintaining inventories. You are responsible
for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements and
you actively participate with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas,
tools and equipment. You will be required to obtain a food handler's permit.

• We are open 364 days/year evenings, weekends, and holidays are some of our busiest times~ availability to work these times will be necessary
• Reaching over the head, Bending, Twisting, Pulling, Pushing Lifting 50 lbs. and standing up to 8 hours
