Position: Marketing Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support product launches and brand growth.
• Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Manage content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams.
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Support customer education initiatives and ensure marketing activities comply with industry and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies and vendors while managing project timelines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
• Experience with Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, social commerce, and social media marketing is required.
• OTC healthcare or consumer health experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and content development skills.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Experience within biopharma, consumer healthcare, dermatology, or related healthcare industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and project management platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
