At Blockchain Game Alliance, we’re building the next generation of Web3 gaming infrastructure and decentralized experiences. We’re looking for a Lead Blockchain Engineer who can own core blockchain architecture, guide engineering direction, and help scale products used by global gaming communities.
This role is for someone who enjoys solving difficult infrastructure problems, designing production-grade smart contract systems, and mentoring high-performing engineers in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with product, backend, frontend, DevOps, and leadership teams to shape the technical foundation of our platform.
You should be deeply experienced with Solidity development, smart contract architecture, EVM ecosystems, and blockchain scalability. We care about engineers who can balance innovation with security, performance, and reliability.
You’ll be leading protocol design, reviewing critical smart contract implementations, driving technical decisions, and helping the team maintain high engineering standards. Experience building systems in DeFi, GameFi, NFT infrastructure, or large-scale Web3 applications is highly valuable.
We’re looking for someone who has strong production experience with Ethereum ecosystems, Layer2 infrastructure, Hardhat or Foundry, smart contract testing frameworks, and blockchain security best practices. Experience with Rust, Solana, cross-chain systems, or zero-knowledge technologies is a strong plus.
