Title:
Jr Executive AssistantKBR is seeking a Jr Executive Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, NM; You will provide advice and support to Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) activities.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and arranging telephone conference calls, meetings or video teleconferences
Event planning and administration
Preparing meeting minutes, coordinating itineraries and agendas, arranging travel, and performing other executive support activities as required by the customer.
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred)
0-5 Years Professional Experience
Desired Qualifications:
BA/BS or Master's degree
Clearance Required: Secret
