Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to support our lead designers in all phases of design projects. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about interior design, current trends, and working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead designers with design projects from concept to completion

• Create and update design layouts, presentations, and materials

• Research and source furniture, finishes, and décor

• Maintain project schedules and documentation

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members

• Provide general support to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:

• Interior design education or relevant experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of current interior design trends

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in design and office software

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Chief Architect software

• Familiarity with DesignFlex or similar design software
