Are you an experienced Embroiderer who thrives in a fast paced environment and friendly environment? We are looking for hard-working people to join our team in Lexington, KY. Responsibilities
Select proper thread, hoops, designs, and materials for each project
- Understand each project’s specific and custom needs
- Prepare the machines and supervise the embroidery process
- Promote continuous process improvement with an emphasis on LEAN initiatives
- Understand technical or scientific product details
- Update work order data and completions in the company systems
- Meet production deadlines including incorporating rush orders in the production schedule
- Prepare and verify items to be embroidered & Hand finish all embroidery products
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product catalogs, variations, and decorative processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including daily trash disposal
- Communicate with team members to work in the best and most efficient manner possible.
The essential functions of this role include:
- manual lifting up to 20lbs
