Keyes Enterprises is seeking reliable, motivated Package Delivery Drivers to complete daily delivery routes originating from the Willow Grove area.

Drivers will deliver packages throughout Willow Grove and surrounding areas, including Abington, Jenkintown, Horsham, Hatboro, Glenside, Elkins Park, Cheltenham, and nearby communities.

This opportunity is ideal for dependable drivers who are comfortable working independently, managing a delivery route, and completing scheduled deliveries safely and efficiently.

Compensation

$150–$175 per completed route

Compensation may vary depending on route size, mileage, package volume, and vehicle arrangement.

Route Details

• Approximately 60–100 packages/stops per route
• Typical route mileage of approximately 20–60 miles
• Routes generally begin around 1:30 PM
• Typical completion time is approximately 6:30 PM–9:00 PM
• Routes available throughout the week
• Consistent work opportunities available
• Drivers are expected to complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining safe driving and delivery practices

Work Environment & Seasonal Conditions

This is a year-round delivery position. Drivers should be comfortable working outdoors and performing deliveries throughout the changing seasons and normal weather conditions experienced in Pennsylvania.

Drivers should be prepared to:

• Work in varying conditions including summer heat, winter cold, rain, wind, light snow, and other seasonal weather
• Frequently enter and exit their delivery vehicle throughout the route
• Walk between the vehicle and homes, apartments, businesses, and other delivery locations
• Navigate stairs, driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, uneven surfaces, and outdoor areas
• Load, organize, carry, and deliver packages of various sizes and weights
• Remain physically active throughout routes containing approximately 60–100 packages/stops
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for current weather and working conditions
• Exercise additional caution during rain, snow, ice, extreme temperatures, reduced visibility, and changing road conditions
• Protect packages from weather exposure whenever reasonably possible
• Adjust driving and delivery practices according to current road and weather conditions
• Maintain communication with dispatch/management regarding significant delays, severe weather, hazardous roads, or other safety concerns

Safety is a priority. Drivers are expected to work through normal seasonal weather conditions; however, drivers should not operate a vehicle or attempt a delivery when conditions present an unreasonable or immediate safety risk.

Vehicle Requirements

• Applicants with their own cargo van are strongly preferred.
• SUVs and other suitable delivery vehicles may also be considered depending on cargo capacity and route requirements.
• Applicants should have access to a reliable, properly maintained vehicle capable of safely transporting the assigned delivery volume.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Safe and responsible driving habits
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong organizational and route-driving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable using GPS/navigation applications
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with package delivery
• Delivery/courier experience preferred, but not required
• Cargo van owners strongly preferred
