Key Responsibilities

• Direct and administer all front office operations to maximize profitability and maintain high-quality guest service standards.
• Monitor and analyze room inventory using Yield Management to increase occupancy and average rates.
• Manage group blocks, reservations, and employee reservation requests efficiently.
• Train and supervise reservation agents, providing feedback to ensure top performance.
• Prepare detailed rooms reports and assist in forecasting monthly and annual room revenue.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff to provide excellent customer service and operational guidance.

Supportive Duties

• Manage loyalty program points calculations and monitoring.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out and other guest services as needed.
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks.
• Participate in the Manager on Duty program, including weekend stays and hotel monitoring.
