NO PRIOR ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - PAID TRAINING IS PROVIDED to the right candidate!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Entry Level is Welcome
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle for field use
  
• Ability to set and achieve goals by acquiring new business, establishing new relationships, and utilizing proven strategies
  
• Sales experience is preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend daily office check-ins for training and mentorship
  
• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and door-to-door canvassing
  
• Present inspection results and roofing solutions to homeowners
  
• Guide homeowners through the first step of their insurance claim
  
• Relay customer and job details to operations for coordination and production

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable climbing and inspecting roofs while following safety guidelines
