Complete a variety of residential and commercial maintenance and repair work, including:
Drywall repair and installation
Interior and exterior painting

Flooring installation and repairs
Tile installation and repair
Caulking and sealing
Appliance installation
Fence and gate repair

Punch list completion

Troubleshooting repair issues
Customer communication
Maintaining a clean and safe job site
2+ years of handyman or maintenance experience preferred
Experience with multiple trades
Ability to diagnose repair issues independently
Professional attitude and strong communication skills
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Must be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of Toledo
Own professional tools
Smartphone with internet access
Ability to take and upload job photos
Ability to complete digital work orders
General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
General Contractor License is a plus but not required
