We want someone who loves hairstyling and helping clients feel their best. You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. DAILY WORK:
This full-time position requires flexible hours , including evenings and weekends , to meet the needs of our clients. Your schedule will be busy, especially during peak times.
As a Hair Barber and Stylist, your day will start with setting up your workstation and checking your appointments. You will greet clients warmly and discuss their preferences for hairstyles. Throughout the day, you will perform haircuts and grooming services, making sure each client leaves happy and confident. You will manage multiple clients while maintaining excellent service in a lively environment. You'll work closely with your teammates, sharing tips and learning from each other. By the end of the day, you will have helped many clients look their best and built connections within the community.
