About the Role: Head Coach (General Manager)

Our Head Coaches are known for two things: developing great people and driving sales performance .

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on mentoring teams owning results and creating an unforgettable guest experience.

What Youll Accomplish

• Develop yourself and inspire the growth of your team
• Lead by example while fostering a strong valuesâdriven culture
• Recruit interview hire train coach and develop Players and Coaches
• Deliver clear feedback performance reviews and career development support
• Drive sales manage labor and food costs and oversee restaurant financials
• Ensure excellence across operations food quality inventory and equipment
• Manage budgets payroll vendors cash handling and reporting
• Partner with marketing on promotions and community engagement initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with leadership using sound judgment and initiative

What You Bring

• Proven success building highâperforming teams and driving sales
• 3 years of restaurant management experience
• 1 year as a General Manager preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials operations and people leadership

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $68000$85000 annually
• Bonus eligibility: paid out monthly based on performance
