Fund Accounting Manager
LaSalle Network is hiring a Fund Accounting Manager for an industry-leading real estate and infrastructure investment firm. As the Fund Accounting Manager you'll play a key role supporting financial reporting, fund accounting and private equity operations across North America while partnering closely with global finance leadership. What You'll DoPrepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds and SPVs
Support NAV calculations, capital calls, investor distributions and expense allocations
Review reporting submitted by third-party fund administrators for accuracy and compliance
Prepare investor, lender and executive reporting with variance analysis and financial commentary
Calculate IRR, management fees and carried interest in accordance with fund governing documents
Ensure compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting standards
Support regulatory filings, tax reporting and audit activities
Prepare consolidation entries related to acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing activities
Monitor cash flow forecasts, liquidity, debt obligations and loan covenant compliance
Partner with asset management teams on valuation inputs, lease activity and operating performance
Drive process improvements and technology enhancements across finance operations
Mentor and develop analysts and senior financial analysts
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
CPA preferred
Five to seven years of progressive fund finance experience within private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital or public accounting
Experience supporting both fund-level and management company finance
Strong understanding of complex fund structures and SPVs
Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables and lookups
Experience with Yardi, Investran, Workiva (Wdesk) or similar fund accounting platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
Key Details
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus eligibility
