[Job Requirements]

1. Vietnamese nationality, with good spoken and written Chinese and Vietnamese skills;
2. College degree or above, any major, outstanding fresh graduates are welcome;
3. Preferably with more than 1 year of experience, but training is available for those without experience;
4. Outgoing personality, strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
5. C1 driving license and proficient driving skills (not mandatory);
6. Able to accept work location transfers and adapt to an international business travel schedule;
7. The specific salary for this position will be determined based on individual capability. 【Job Responsibilities】

1. Deeply study Vietnamese foreign trade and other related laws and regulations;
2. Proactively respond to new inquiries, using email and instant messaging tools, handling Vietnamese customers' questions and needs in a professional and timely manner;
3. Be responsible for the entire process from quoting, order confirmation, production tracking, to final shipment arrangement, ensuring smooth order delivery;
4. Collect and analyze Vietnamese market trends and competitor information, regularly submit market analysis reports to support business decisions;
5. Work efficiently with the company's internal logistics department to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and executed;
6. Be able to follow company management and assignments and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors on time.
