Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator

Pay: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour + full benefits package

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Equipment Operator who knows their way around heavy equipment and takes pride in doing the job right. You'll be running skid steers, excavators with rototilt, and other machinery on active construction sites doing grading, excavation, earthmoving, and site prep work. You'll be working alongside a solid crew with good communication and real accountability. If you've got the experience and want a company that values it, we'd love to talk.

Day to Day

• Operate heavy equipment including dozers, high-speed dozers, skid steers, machine grading equipment, and excavators with rototilt
• Perform grading, excavation, earthmoving, and site preparation to project specs
• Keep equipment in good shape through regular inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow and enforce job site safety standards
• Work closely with crew members, supervisors, and project managers to stay on schedule

What We're Looking For
Required:

• 5+ years operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
• Comfortable running multiple types of equipment
• Good understanding of construction methods and safety practices
• Able to read blueprints, plans, and project specs
• Valid, clean driver's license
• Good communicator who works well with a team

Preferred (not dealbreakers):

• Hoisting License (2A/1C)
• OSHA 10 or better
