Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Event Marketing Assistant to join our team and support charitable and nonprofit organizations through community events, promotional campaigns, and public outreach .

This is an excellent entry-level marketing opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, working as part of a team, and developing professional skills. About the Role

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll help nonprofit partners connect with members of the community at charity events, community events, promotional events, and public outreach locations .

You’ll interact directly with the public, introduce charitable programs and campaigns, answer questions, and help create positive experiences for people interested in supporting nonprofit causes.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position where you’ll gain practical experience in event marketing, customer engagement, fundraising, communications, public relations, and community outreach .

Key Responsibilities

• Represent charitable and nonprofit organizations at community and promotional events
• Engage professionally with members of the public and event attendees
• Introduce individuals to charitable programs, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
• Provide clear and accurate information and answer questions
• Support event marketing, promotional activities, and community outreach
• Assist with donor and supporter engagement
• Help create a welcoming and professional event experience
• Work with team members to achieve event and campaign goals
• Participate in paid training, team meetings, and coaching
• Follow campaign guidelines and established procedures
• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and integrity
