Required: Esthetician License

Our “SKIN EXPERT” (Esthetician) is responsible for performing 40-50 minute facials, dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, lash lifts, facial waxing, brow tinting and henna. The Skin Expert is responsible for maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete client records. Skin Experts must also provide excellent customer service, achieving all services and product goals, as well as following all of FACE FOUNDRIÉ service delivery guidelines. Must be 21 years to apply with an active and valid esthetics or cosmetology license as required by Florida law.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide “red carpet” level customer service at all times to every guest.

• Perform consecutive skincare services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, lash lift, facial waxing, brow lamination, tinting and henna. Actively recommend additional services when appropriate.

• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.

• Demonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensuring State Board compliance at all times.

• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

• Assist in all in store operational processes, including daily and weekly store cleaning tasks.

• Report directly to the Salon Manager.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Minimum of one year recent experience working as a licensed esthetician in a luxury spa setting.

• Experience in dermaplaning, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting is preferred.

• Passion for skincare

• Strong communication skills.

• Self-driven and motivated to succeed with a demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
