We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Client Representative to represent reputable nonprofit organizations at live events, community outreach campaigns, and face-to-face fundraising initiatives.

You’ll be part of a high-energy team that brings critical community campaigns to life. Your day will include welcoming event attendees, starting face-to-face conversations with potential donors, explaining a nonprofit’s mission, and helping create an experience that encourages people to get involved. No prior fundraising or sales experience is required —we provide comprehensive paid training, coaching, and hands-on professional development from day one.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: Meet and speak directly with people at local community events, retail activations, and public fundraising campaigns.
• Mission Advocacy: Introduce attendees and community members to nonprofit organizations and their missions clearly and confidently.
• Donor Acquisition: Hold genuine, face-to-face conversations with potential donors and supporters to drive new sign-ups.
• Event Logistics: Assist with setup, registration areas, visual promotional materials, and post-event breakdown.
• Campaign Tracking: Share daily campaign observations, public feedback, and results with team leaders during regular check-ins.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other representatives to accomplish event and fundraising goals while participating in daily coaching sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (a bachelor's degree is welcome but not required).
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, bar/restaurant, sales, promotions, or community volunteer work is a plus, but we are fully equipped to train the right entry-level candidate!
